Implementation Coaching is designed to help staff feel confident and supported in building out an event, while assuring Executive Directors that tasks and timelines are met. Includes building a personalized timeline for the event, with implementation coaching sessions (8 total) every two weeks for 4 months. Staff and supervisors will receive reports following coaching conversations outlining next key objectives, progress on goals, and recommended adjustments as necessary.
